1. Business Overview

Agri Super Private Limited (www.agrisuper.in) is committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly agricultural inputs directly to farmers, agri-retailers, and farming enterprises across India. Our product line includes:

  • Bio-Fertilizers (e.g., PSB, KSB, Azospirillum, Rhizobium)
  • Bio-Fungicides (e.g., Trichoderma, Pseudomonas)
  • Bio-Insecticides (e.g., Neem-based products, Bacillus thuringiensis, Metarrizium, Verticillium Leccani, Beauvera Bassiana)
  • Plant Growth Regulators (PGR)
  • Organic Stimulants & Soil Conditioners
  • Liquid Fertilizers
  • Seeds, Farm Equipments etc…

2. Product Authenticity & Quality Assurance

  • All products sold are manufactured, cultured, or sourced under strict quality control with batch-wise traceability.
  • Products are FCO-compliant and tested through certified labs, as applicable.
  • Manufacturing/expiry dates, application guidelines, and usage precautions will be clearly mentioned.

3. Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed through the website or Agri Super mobile app.
  • Minimum order value may apply depending on the location and product category.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be enabled selectively for trusted locations/customers.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
  • COD (if eligible)
  • GST invoice is provided to all B2B/FPO orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on the location.
  • Free shipping may apply above certain order amounts; below that, a nominal fee will be charged.
  • Logistics partners: India Post, Delhivery, or local courier/FPO pickup points.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
  • Product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • Product is unused and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact customer support via WhatsApp or helpline with order ID and product images.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return verification.
  • No returns accepted for opened or partially used products unless defective.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any product or service dispute, Agri Super will aim to resolve issues amicably within 7 working days.

10. Franchisee/Reseller Policy

  • Registered resellers and Agri Super Kendras may purchase at bulk prices.
  • Resellers must have a valid GST number and can access B2B login for customized pricing and local delivery options.
