AGRI SUPER Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AGRI SUPER mobile application operated by Agri Super Private Limited (“Company”).

By downloading, installing, or using the AGRI SUPER App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About AGRI SUPER

AGRI SUPER is an agricultural technology platform developed to assist farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), NGOs, and agricultural professionals in obtaining soil intelligence data, crop advisory, and agricultural recommendations.

The application may integrate soil testing devices, data analytics, and agronomic expertise to support better farming decisions.

2. Use of the Application

By using the AGRI SUPER App, users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or submitting farm data.
• Use the application only for lawful agricultural purposes.
• Not misuse the application, including attempting to disrupt services or access restricted data.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

3. Agricultural Advisory Disclaimer

The AGRI SUPER App provides agricultural recommendations based on soil data, user inputs, and agronomic guidelines.

However:

• Crop performance depends on many external factors including weather, irrigation, seed quality, pest pressure, and farm management.
• Agri Super Private Limited does not guarantee crop yield or financial outcomes based on recommendations provided in the application.
• “The application is not a government-certified soil testing laboratory and provides indicative advisory only.”

Users should apply agricultural practices based on their own judgment and local conditions.

4. Soil Testing Device Integration

The AGRI SUPER App may connect with soil testing devices developed or supported by Agri Super Private Limited.

Users acknowledge that:

• Soil readings may vary depending on soil condition, moisture level, and field sampling practices.
• The app converts sensor data into advisory information using internal algorithms and agronomic guidelines.

Users are encouraged to follow recommended sampling procedures for accurate results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and technology used in the AGRI SUPER App are the intellectual property of Agri Super Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer

any part of the application without written permission from the company.

6. Data Usage

By using the AGRI SUPER App, users agree that agricultural data such as soil test results, farm location, and crop information may be used for:

• Generating farm advisory
• Improving agricultural technologies
• Research and development purposes

Personal information will be handled according to the AGRI SUPER Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agri Super Private Limited shall not be held liable for:

• Crop loss
• Financial loss
• Yield variations
• Farming decisions taken based on advisory provided through the application

The app provides decision-support tools, and final farm decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

8. Third-Party Services

The AGRI SUPER App may integrate third-party services such as:

9. Termination of Access

Agri Super Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the application if:
